Adding a Player or Coach to your Roster

To add a player or coach to a team:
·          Login to account (head coach or main contact – person who registered the team) 
·          Click on the REGISTRATION INFO tab
·          Click on EDIT TEAM INFORMATION
·          Enter the player or coach first name, last name, and DOB in the boxes at the bottom of the player/coach listing using the TAB key to move to the next box – DOB format is YYYY-MM-DD or use the calendar – after the DOB entry, you will get a popup box:
·        No Matching Participant Record Found – the system did not find a participant match
·       click OK and enter the remaining required information
·        One Matching Participant Record Found – the system found a participant match
·       click OK if this is the correct person
·       the system will auto fill some of the required fields (DO NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE AUTO FILLED INFORMATION)
·        Multiple Matching Participants Records Found – the system found more than one participant match
·       select the correct person and click OK
·       the system will auto fill some of the required fields (DO NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE AUTO FILLED INFORMATION)
·        Click ADD PLAYER/COACH
You will only be charged for coaches and players who do not have the required Basketball BC Coach or Athlete membership in the system providing the information (first name, last name, DOB, and email address) matches the existing account.
